The only warranty on our products is the written limited lifetime warranty that accompanies them.

Fence colors shown on this site — White, Tan, Khaki, and Gray — are represented as accurately as we can manage, but screens, lighting, and photography all shift how color reads. Before you commit to a color, ask your local pro for a physical sample and look at it in your own light. Photographs of completed projects are illustrative and are not a promise of a particular result on your property.

Mountain West manufactures fence. Installation is performed by independent local dealers and fence professionals who are not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers. When we connect you with a pro through Find a Pro, we are making an introduction — we do not supervise their work, set their prices, or control their schedules, contracts, or business practices.

Any agreement for measuring, pricing, permitting, or installation is between you and that dealer. Mountain West is not a party to it and is not responsible for a dealer's workmanship, timelines, conduct, licensing, or insurance. We do ask you to tell us if something goes wrong — contact us — because we care who represents our product.

Any pricing ranges, cost comparisons, or lifetime-cost examples on this site are general illustrations to help you plan. They are not quotes. Actual cost depends on style, height, linear footage, terrain, access, permits, and local labor. Only a written quote from your local pro reflects your actual project.

You agree that the information you submit through our forms is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it — including the property address if you are requesting service. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing. We may decline, remove, or stop responding to submissions at our discretion. Information you submit is handled per our Privacy Policy.
